As part of the World Music Day Celebration, a special music programme was organised at Chinmaya Vidyalaya to celebrate the beauty and diversity of music.
The celebration began during the Open Assembly with a Music Medley presented by our school music band. The programme was based on the theme of featuring songs by recently renowned and famous singers from different languages. Performances inspired by artists such as Sithara Krishnakumar, Arijit Singh, K. S. Harisankar, Vijay Yesudas, and Sid Sriram created a vibrant and enjoyable musical experience for everyone present.
The second session was conducted for students of Classes 3, 4, and 5. It was an interactive and highly engaging programme led by our guest singer Radhika Sethumadhavan. Through musical activities and interactions, the session encouraged students to appreciate music and participate enthusiastically.
The World Music Day celebration concluded successfully with great enthusiasm and joy. The programme highlighted the universal language of music and inspired students to develop a deeper love and appreciation for music.
