The Book Week Celebration was conducted with great enthusiasm in our school from 19th June to 25th June 2025. The event was inaugurated by our Principal, who formally declared the Book Week open. The chief guest for the occasion was Ms. Khyrunnisa A, renowned author and creator of the popular Butterfingers series. She inspired the students with her insightful talk on the joy of reading and writing.
Throughout the week, various literary competitions were held. These included Versification, Story Writing, and Essay Writing competitions, which saw enthusiastic participation across classes.
The entire school also took part in a collective reading activity, promoting the importance of dedicating time each day to reading. Additionally, creative competitions such as Bookmark Making, Book Cover Designing, and the vibrant Fiction Parade by the Primary School, added colour and excitement to the celebration.
The week-long programme ignited literary interest among students and highlighted the invaluable role of books in education and personal growth.

Reading Week Celebration at Chinmaya Kindergarten!!!

Chinmaya Kindergarteners celebrated Reading Week with engaging and fun activities throughout the week promoting reading and creativity among the young learners.

• Story enactment
• Class library setup.
