Chinmaya Vidyalaya Vaduthala celebrated Book week in connection with 28th National reading day . The formal inauguration of the Book week was held on 19/06/2023 in the school Auditorium. A skit on the importance of reading was performed by the students of classes 8, 9 and 11. Reading day pledge was taken by the whole school. Prizes were awarded to the children and teachers for reading the most number of books in the academic year 2022-23. In connection with the Reading week various competitions were held in the Library for various sections,which includes Poetry writing competition,Story writing competition, Book mark with a slogan, Designing the book cover and Fiction parade competition. Children dressed up as Matilda, Queen of hearts, Harry potter, Snow white, Cinderella , Robin hood, Batman, Shakuntala, Mowgli, Aladdin etc
